We do: system setups & configurations, ranging from one or two home or office Macs, thru multi-user, multi-site client/server setups. Some of the major Mac services we offer are: data transfer/migration, software/hardware upgrades, including Mac OS X, Troubleshooting- disk problems, Mac OS problems, application issues, printing and internet problems, network setup problems etc. Mac data recovery services, (non-emergency & emergency onsite & off). One time or ongoing Mac system optimization and preventative maintenance and backup. Anti-virus and anti-spyware protection. We also offer fee-based pre & post-sales consulting in: products selection, Networking: client/server, routing internet LAN/WAN, DSL, Dial-Up, ISP choice, cross-platform setups, fast networks, wireless (AirPort & non-Airport) including extended wireless networks, remote access, remote control, VPN's, security including SSH, multi-user setups, etc. Web, Graphic Design, Digital Imaging & Video, Storage and Mobile Computing solutions and many hybrid solutions...

-Authorized SlingBox Sales and Setup with your Mac (and PC too) for viewing you cable or satellite TV on your home/office network or away, anywhere in the world over the internet.

Note- We do not offer "break-fix" repairs on such items as broken display screens, notebook panels, logic boards and/or board level components, etc.
For these determined cases, acting as an authorized Apple Service Facilitator, we can refer you at no charge, to Apple or a 3rd-party Apple authorized service provider,
(Bay Area, Ca only), for in-warranty or out of warranty repair. We also, do not take any trade-ins of used macs and/or equipment.

We provide telephone troubleshooting and support for your convenience and for emergency purposes.

Daily service availability varies due to current service personnel availability and parts on hand. All onsite fee-based consultation and services are performed on an appointment basis only. Net Terms do not apply to service. A signed MC Service Agreement Form may be required upon completion of service, before leaving  your premises.
